Privacy policy
Ask Gently app for Android and iPhone · Effective October 7, 2026
Short version: Ask Gently does not collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app never records what you say. The conversation happens between you and the people with you, not in the app.
What stays on your device
- Favorites and settings (favorite cards, depth level, language) are saved only on your device. We cannot see them.
- If your phone's system backup is turned on (Google backup or iCloud), these may be included in that backup, which Google or Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
- Deleting the app deletes this data.
Purchases
Ask Gently offers one optional, one-time purchase to unlock all card packs. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your name, email, card number or payment details. The app only learns whether the unlock has been purchased, so it can open the extra packs and restore them on a new device.
Network use
All card content is built into the app and works offline. The only network connection is the one Google Play or the App Store makes to process and restore your purchase. Ask Gently has no servers of its own and contains no ads, analytics or third-party SDKs.
Children
Ask Gently is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Dữ liệu trên thiết bị của bạn
- Mục yêu thích và cài đặt chỉ được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi không thể xem được.
- Nếu bạn bật sao lưu hệ thống (Google hoặc iCloud), dữ liệu này có thể nằm trong bản sao lưu đó.
- Xoá ứng dụng sẽ xoá dữ liệu này.
Mua hàng
Ask Gently có một gói mua một lần (không bắt buộc) để mở khoá tất cả bộ thẻ. Việc thanh toán do Google Play hoặc App Store xử lý hoàn toàn. Chúng tôi không nhận tên, email hay thông tin thanh toán của bạn; ứng dụng chỉ biết bạn đã mở khoá hay chưa.
Kết nối mạng
Toàn bộ nội dung có sẵn trong ứng dụng và dùng được khi không có mạng. Kết nối duy nhất là của Google Play hoặc App Store để xử lý và khôi phục giao dịch mua.
Trẻ em
Ask Gently không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
Thay đổi
Nếu chính sách thay đổi, phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới.
